I need help in deciding where to stay, we are going May 6-13. Has anybody stayed at the Nickolodean Hotel? Would like to know which would be better, pros and cons for both. We are taking two boys, ages 5 and 7.
Thanks!!

They are very different hotels so it is hard to compare
Value resorts at Disney - give you access to the extra magic hours and the convinience of not having to have a car as the transportation is there to get to any theme park and downtown disney. Rooms are on the small side. Only a food court on premises. No slide at the pools
Nick Hotel - large kids play area at the pool, kids under 12 eat free with a paying adult at the restaurants at hotel. Rooms are larger and have a small kitchenette with small fridge, microwave. If you are going to use their transportation to go to the Disney parks, it is limited and you have to watch the hours it is provided. If you are driving you have to pay to park at the theme parks, which I believe is now $9 per day

Another thing to consider is that the nick hotel is quite a bit more expensive. The Value Disney resorts cost half the price of the nick hotel
