Where is the best place to book our attraction tickets? Last year I got them from Travel City Direct. I want the 14 day ultimate ticket - who is the cheapest?
Another daft question - DS at the moment is 9 but will be 10 when we're in Florida. Do I have to purchase an adult pass for him or do I purchase at the child price? (He's small for his age!)

ive heard these are quite good http://www.orlando-ticket-deals.co.uk/walt-disney-resort/wdisneyw.htm we have always got ours from maple leaf online but have also visited their office in kissimmee

Yes, I thought they looked good as well, but it says kids are 3-9 on their site. I always thought it was 11 too!

The children's ticket is 3-9 inclusive, but....................if your child turns 10 whilst in WDW it won't matter. As I've said before and was told, Disney don't penalise you for growing up.:D

The key question on the ticket is when does your child become 10? If it is before the vacation actually starts then you should purchase the adult ticket. If it is while you are there, purchase the child ticket. As WQ says, they don't penalize the child for growing up while they are there.

He turns 10 before the holiday starts so it looks like it's the adult ticket. Is that the same for character meals?

Best prices in the UK are with Orlando Ticket Deals (http://www.orlando-ticket-deals.co.uk/walt-disney-resort/wdisneyw.htm). They also offer a best price guarantee should you manage to find cheaper elsewhere.
I bought tickets from them a few weeks back and they arrived in a few days.

Our trip is rapidly approaching (only about 4-5 weeks to go!). I haven't visited this site in quite awhile, but I thought I remembered people mentioning someone named Omar (or something like it) as being a good place to buy tickets, and the cheapest. Am I losing my mind?? I haven't seen it mentioned in this thread.....

I live in the US and want the 4-day hopper. I'm debating on weather to do the expire vs. no expiration tickets. Any suggestions as to which would be the best? I was leaning towards getting them from AAA because someone had said you get preferred parking if you have your tickets through AAA. Any one know anything about this?

Any help is greatly appreciated!! This will be our first trip there with the kids (haven't been there in over 12 years,myself!)....plus first time kids will be on an airplane, so I'm stressing already!! :afraid:

Thanks!!

Omar is Maple Leaf Tickets - www.wdisneyw.co.uk/maple.html (http://www.wdisneyw.co.uk/maple.html)
He offers a best price guarantee and will beat any genuine price you might find elsewhere :)

As for the expiration option-
Do you intend using all 4 days on the ticket? - if so, do without the expiration option.
If you're not using all 4 days, do you intend to visit again? - if so, go for the no-expiration option.

Thanks, Joanne.....I knew I wasn't completely losing my mind about Omar!!

We pretty much plan on using all four days of the ticket....the only thing that made me think about the no-expiration feature was if the weather was bad while we were there, and were only able to do the parks for a day or two, then we'd lose the rest of the days on the ticket. Does that happen often?

Also, do you know anything about preferred parking? (Does it even exist?!)

Oh, one last thing.....you said Maple Leaf had a price guarantee.....for valid prices. How do you know if a price you find elsewhere is "valid"? I've seen some for about $10 less than Maple Leaf....but how do I know if they are valid or not?

Thanks again!

E-mail Omar for his price matching :) Personally I don't think the perferred parking is worth it since it can equal a long walk at the end of the night. The AAA lots are not in a spot that the trams stop at so you will have to walk back to your car.
