View Full Version : Living Seas Rehab?

I was just on the official WDW website where I set up an itinerary for our January trip. I was playing with the favorites feature and added a few things we missed the last time we were there. Among my "favorites" is the Living Seas. I had a message regarding my itinerary advising me that Living Seas would not be operational during our trip. Does anyone know what this involves? Will there be nothing in the tanks? I just made an ADR for the Coral Reef - will this be just another meal now?
Thanks,
Barb

From what I"ve read, there are fish in the tanks and eating at Coral Reef is the only way to view fish until the Living Seas re-opens from the rehab

Thanks JM! I did a little more digging on the WDW website and it's scheduled to reopen in November...We're not going 'til January, so I wonder why they attached that to my itinerary, unless it's not opening 'til later?

Official word is still "reopen late November."

And the sea cabs are coming back. :D

Read a rumour the other day that part of the Rehab was to add Dory to Turtle Talk

There used to be a little ride that took you through a tunnel under the aquarium. It was very short. By the time you got settled it was time to tackle the "floor that is moving at the same speed as your sea cab."
