swimming pools

we arrive on 14th january for 14 days, are the swimming pools open and if yes are they warm enough to swim in?(heated)?. thank you

Pools are open 365 days a year. You will be asked to get out if there is lightening in the area. The pools are heated during colder months but remember that the air is not! You'll have to get out at some point!

that is tough to say because Florida weather in the "winter" can be very unpredictable. You'll have temps in the 80's one day and the 50's the next. The best advise is to be prepared for anything

Cold air just makes the pool feel warmer, as long as you can run fast (but safely) to your towel / room / indoor area you'll be fine in the pool!

Plus if you're from the UK, like me, Florida winter won't be much different to England Summer... :lol:

I was hoping to pack light for January, but I don't think that will happen. I was also hoping to get away with jeans and t-shirts, instead of shorts. I guess I'll have to wait and see.
