hot chocolate help?!?!?! AHH!

dad got me some hot chocolate today, its called 'luxury hot chocolate' and i tried to make it, with hot water like normal hot chocolate, but it never worked, its just like chocolate flakes, not powdered, and it didn't have instructions on the back any ideas how to make it?!
by the way, i tried it with hot water, like the powdered stuff but it didn't work!:rolleyes:

like from the kettle, after its boiled lol, i'll heat up some milk in the microwave and stir it in, how long will milk take to warm enough?

Milk shouldn't take more than a minute or two in the microwave Josh. Better yet heat it in a pan on top of the stove and bring it just short of a boil.

I'm of the opinion that cocoa and hot chocolate should always be made with milk, NEVER with water.

I personally love the Carnation brand of powder and water. It's what I grew up on. :D

In fact, I've never had the milk version.

:coffee: onto my 2nd mug, its so warm, and i have a cold so i'm sitting at the pc with a blanket and my hot chocolate and my pillow from ikea:
http://www.ikea.com/PIAimages/46590_PE143401_S3.jpgyou put your feet in the holes, and it keeps them warm! i heated it up with milk and gave it a good whisk (i have one of those mini coffee whisks) and then heated it up again and it tastes so chocolatey, i'm sure you could mkae th esame thing with an ordinary chocolate bar:thumbs:
