has anybody stayed here, we had a drive around when we were there in September and really like the look of the community.

Can anyone PM details of villas they've stayed in, i have already found a couple I really like but would like a personal recommendation

thanks

Do you find it okay booking through villa direct? I was hoping to book direct with owner in the UK? Villa does look gorgeous though :)

We had no problems booking with Villa Direct. We are dealing with them again so that says a lot. Its very easy - you pick your keys up at a lock box outside of their office. Above Par is gorgeous! We had it for our wedding trip this year and we are going back there next August. I 'll see if I can dig out some of the private people we have used. I'll get back to you when I have something. Meanwhile, browse villa direct, they have some beautiful houses.

We stayed at HR in October, TandCmum. We actually found details thru Daltons Weekly. The owners live in Wales, they dont have a website but send details & photos by email on request. We found them to be very helpful & efficient and they dont use a Management Company - they have a local neighbour ( who lives next door-but-one to the villa) take care of it. He is excellent, available at any time and a real pleasure to deal with - has direct contact with the owners too.
HR is a large development, our villa didnt back onto the golf course but did back onto a nice open space and was very close to the Publix end of the estate - very convenient.
It is a 3 bed villa, though, did you need more beds than that? I can PM you the e/mail details if you'd like to make contact with the owners?

Looks fab Bec, we drove past HR in September. We stayed at Championship Gate this year. We are looking at Calabay Parc at the moment for 07, our favourite is at Tower Lake Calabay Parc. However not sure how far it is away from Calaby Parc itself.

This area looks a little better situated for Walmart and the 192 for us. especially the Walmart, we liked that one.

Yes all the estates between calabay and highlands are all really convenient to Hwy 192. There's also a great Walmart supercentre on Hwy27.

Yeah we loved that one, massive, made our Asda at Middlebrook look tiny.

Unbelievable eh Mike, they are really massive. While we were there once, the Halloween section was enormous too.
