planning a trip for dec 06 and the tour company has suggested this place.
They provide free breakfast and free shuttles to the park.

any one ever been? We won't have a car, but am only going for 7 nights.
Just looking for your comments.

It's located on Palm Parkway, very close to WDW and a great area with good hotels.

Hotels along Palm Parkway are the closest Off Property hotels to WDW. There are lots of restaurants in the area.

my uncle stayed there on their 1st trip, he said it was very good, friends have stayed there too and liked it :)

Me. I've stayed there 3 times. Great location, nice clean rooms, friendly staff, I'd stay there again if I was going offsite. :D

This is the first place we stayed at offsite and sorry, but I wasn't a fan. Rooms were very basic. Buffet breakfast was rubbish. Shuttles were infrequent. Maybe it's changed and improved since then :shrug:

We stayed there last time and found it to be great for us. We walked from DTD quite a few times too - lovely evening stroll and then a mad dash to beat the timers on the crosswalks :D

Yep we did that a lot. Stroll up to the Crossroads, have a giant margarita with dinner, walk back and listen to the sheep in the trees. I swear they were definitely sheep. :unsure:

We stayed at this hotel during the Hurricane Floyd near miss and they looked after us really well. And I got 50% off rack rate with my student ID. :thumbs:
