Hi we have one day to do a mall (i have a heavy itinerary!) last time we did the premium outlet mall and would like to do another one. Lake Buena Vista Factory Stores of Kissimmee Manufacturer's Outlet Centre, are they any good? or what was your fav mall to go to:p

Hi
I love the big and expensive Mall of Millennia it's wonderful so many fab shops like Tiffany & co lovely eats The Cheese cake factory is so nice to see how the other half shop.
Take a look at the web site you will find it on the web sorry can't help with a link.
If you want to spend go to the Florida Mall it's like our big shopping centers and much for affordable.
If you are going to spoil your other half buy Diamonds as they are so much cheaper in florida, got my bling in Oct.
Have fun spend loads.

Lake Buena Vista Factory Outlets are really inconsistent. Sometimes they have nice items and other times it's a waste of time. Compared to the other outlets, it's quite small too.

If you want to overdose on outlet shops you could go to Prime Outlets at the end of I-Drive (used to be called Beltz). They have about a gazillion stores there.

I like the Florida Mall too. We have been to the Mall at Millenia but that was a bit more for window shopping. We have found the outlets can be a bit hit and miss too.
It is one of our must do's where ever we are in the US. A visit to the mall including the food court especially on a Friday night is a truly pleasurable experience.

Florida Mall and Premium Outlets are my favourites, got some really good stuff at both. Mall at Millenia was a bit high-end for me, but the Cheesecake Factory makes it an absolute must.

didn't really like the prime outlets (old belz) the only good shops were timberland and nike, but they are also at the premium outlets, which is MUCH MUCH Better.

we looooove shopping so we actually tend to hit the malls before we get anywhere near the parks

The mall at millenia is wonderful for an elegant Mall experience. It's new and very well laid out but is far from the cheapest place around. We used to go there for the Apple store but they have one in the Florida mall now too so now we just go for stores like Tiffany or if there's something specific that we want.

The Florida mall is our new favourite. The apple store is great ;-), they have a great range of stores and some bargains can be had especially relative to UK prices. (Out of country visitors remember that you can get discount cards for the stores by going to their customer service area and showing your passport!)
Ruby Tuesdays at the Florida Mall is great too <G> (2 for 1 on budweiser and house wines ;-) and a good range of food.

We pretty much hate premium outlets... full of tourists (like us  ) and very little we want to buy BUT the bose outlet there is excellent and given bose in the UK is around the same price in £ as it is in $ over there, large savings to be had.

The only shopping I have any concern with while on a WDW vacation is stuff from WDW. So it's a must to hit the Prime Outlets (formerly known as Belz) off of I-5 (sorry, don't know what exit #). But, must admit, never been to impressed with the shops as a whole but LOVE the WDW outlet store. And there are two of them within walking distance of each other!!

Florida Mall is my new fave, too. Mall @ Millenia is too much like my nearest Mall to get excited over and I wasn't that impressed with Premium Outlets.

You have to ask at the visitors desk if they have any international visitor shopping discounts. The Mall at Milennia for example give you a leaflet that explains what each store offers (have to show driving licence or passport to get it). We got a Macy's card that gave us 11% off. They stamped it so it was valid for 1 month and it could also be used at the Florida Mall store too. Each store has different discounts. Some give straight percentages on everything, some have 'offers' that aren't worth having ;)
