does anyone know the average typical price per night to stay at the beach club villas - in august? thank you:wiggle:

Studio - $415 plus tax
1-BR - $540 plus tax
2-BR - $945 plus tax

Seeing those prices always give me a pat on the back for joining DVC. Otherwise I'd never be seeing a 1BR at BCV like we usually do.

:iagree: We`ve recouped our initial outlay over and over again since we joined DVC in 1992.
My only regret is not buying more points at the time....when they were only around $50 each!

Ouch, don't tell me that - not that we were even considering it back then - Heck we weren't even married then...anyway points are $98 now:eek:

Nah, I'm sure 10 years from when I bought my price will sound pretty good too. I can't even remember what I paid per point. Maybe $75? or $80.
