We fancy a night at medievil times, ive been looking at prices and they seem a tad expensive for the food you get. ive been to the pirates show and that was wicked, so im guessing its on the same level but just wanna be sure!

So was wondering if any of you guys have been and if the show is worth the money?

cheers!

It's about the best of the ones I've tried (other than the hoop dee doo which is definitely my favourite).

The food is much the same as all the shows, so edible but nothing great but the show itself is quite a lot of fun :) certainly better than the massively overhyped arabian nights.

So yeah, IMHO its a good choice

I liked Medieval Times when I was there a few years back. It was fun to get away from the Disney parks for a bit. Food wasn't great but it was a really fun night!

We enjoyed Medeival Times quite a bit. When we went (2 years ago) we found coupons for the show through the "Entertainment" coupon books (you can order them online). The coupons more than paid for the purchase of the coupon books and there were all sorts of other coupons inside for various meals and things.
The show itself was fun - with crowd participation encouraged. We all had a blast cheering for our knight!
The meal was interesting ... no silverware (because well ... they didn't have forks in the middle ages).

dh and myself were there earlier this year. he enjoyed it quite a bit.....I had to keep catching his camera from bouncing of the bench as he was banging to cheer our knight on.
Food was ok ... nothing special.
Wish we hadn't bought the photos though. You get to view them in very dim light. When we got back to the hotel and had a look at them, they were just printed out from a poor quality printer.....on ordinary paper. The paper is put behind a piece of card so you can't tell the quality until it's too late.

Just goes to show you... we hardly EVER buy photos, I think they're usually awful quality, but Helen bought the m.times ones because she liked the funny ones they did of me as a gladiator LOL and her as a princess.. (No I'm NOT scanning it!)

I dont remember them being on normal paper though :/ I'll have to look

You made me go and double check our photos.....definately not on photo paper......just.....well.....ordinary paper

DH wouldn't buy the one of him as a knight but he wanted the one of me as a princess :Princess:

Gladiator Keith....I'm sure we all want to see that....bet you didn't even have a body double :D

Definitely nice photo paper here.. perhaps they've changed to lower quality or were just out of stock of the photo stuff :(

nah no body double needed, just flexed a few muscles, signed a few autographs for the ladies, picked up the ones that had fainted and posed for a few snaps. You know how it is :D

I salute your vivid, if completely inaccurate, imagination :rotfl:
