:Panic:
Just plugged my mini I-pod in to charge the battery and instead of the normal little animated battery in the top right there's a big battery picture in the middle of the screen and the controls aren't responding. I went to the gairy Apple website but couldn't find anything relevant.
Does anyone have any idea? :Panic:

The big battery means it's fully charged. Have you checked the little switch at the top that puts everything on hold. If it's on nothing will work.

.....I have reached such an advanced state of training with the iPod that I can actually put it on hold using 2 different techniques: "on purpose" and "accidental'. :D

I logged into the PC under a different profile, switched on I tunes, plugged in the iPod to try and get the music from the iPod to the new profile's I Tunes and apparently clicked yes when I should have clicked no.
I can see Mac now, rolling under the table laughing. :sigh:

I just reset everything and got all my folders sorted out AND downloaded my first ever whole album and sorted it into a new folder all by itself. All without any help from any Apple heads.
Anyone going to put me in the right forum then?
