We booked with them for this summer in August, no problems at all, in fact they were very helpful. Got the tickets 2 days later and they are real Discovery Cove tickets not vouchers. They go on the booking system while your on the phone.

We booked ours with them before DC had released the dates, but when they were available to book they sorted it all out and sent the tickets. Saved £14 per ticket by booking them well in advance(last years price), which was nice seeing as we were purchasing 6.

I really want to go to Discovery Cove when we go in August 2007... these people sound great, so wondering what their website were....
Oh, I dont think we will be booking tickets until around January 2007... is this enough time to secure the date I want?? thanks

we were going to do it again in feb with our friends but couldnt justify paying nearly 800 for one day to a place we had already been to so instead going to use the money and have the universal tickets and a couple of character dinings instead

I couldn't justify the prices for our trip in 04 but I knew how much DDs would love it. So I booked DC just for DH and the 2 girls (the girls did the dolphin swim, DH didnt)while DS and I had a "Mum n Son" day at US. :D DH and DDs still say DC was their favourite day of the whole trip : the photos are magical.
The DC tickets also included several visits to Sea World too - I'm not sure if that is still the case:unsure:

I think its such a magical day that its worth doing ONCE and then
savouring the memories:D
As already said when your looking to do it with a large family it costs so
do it when everyone can truly enjoy it.(and you can afford it  )
