Taxi from I-Drive to Discovery Cove

When we'll be visiting Discovery Cove, we'll be on our International Drive portion of the holiday...

I don't want to catch the trolley down to Seaworld and call for the free shuttle as I think I read from someone that it took aaaaaages for the shuttle to come get them and it was raining - and I want to get there bright and early!!!

We'll hopefully be staying at Rodeway Inn International (I think its near Wet n Wild), so has anyone either taken a taxi before, or has a rough idea how much a taxi will cost??

A taxi won't cost you very much, but the Trolley will be much cheaper. We didn't have any trouble doing it that way and the car came to pick us up super quick once we'd phoned from Sea World. No probs with getting back to SW afterwards either, we just asked at DC reception and in no time they'd arranged a car to take us back.

About $10-$15 from that location, consider that you will be in a taxi when everyone is leaving their hotels to go to the parks, so I-Drive will be busy with peole in their rental cars, going to breakfast and employees getting to work.

I'd recommend the I-Ride Trolley, same amount of time and it will only be $1.25.
