I was looking at some resale places. I was wondering if anyone can recomend good places and how they work?

It seems like buying into old key west is sometimes cheaper. Could I by say 100 points for old key west and 50 points for the boardwalk and have the boardwalk be my home resort?

I was thinking about buy 25 points now, 25 points later ect through resale to make it more affordable for me. Is that possible?

Thanks!
Val

Hi Val,
If you buy resale at different resorts then they will both be your home resort. You can use your OKW points at 11 months and BWV at 11 months.

You have to pay closing costs on each contract so I think it would work out more expensive to buy small contracts separately. It would probably work out more cost effective to get the number of points you require and find a contract with lots of banked points as a bonus. We did this with both of our contracts but we were using savings as opposed to finance. Ian :overhere:

If you can at all swing buying a larger amount..I think in the long run it would be a bit cheaper. My first home resort is at Boardwalk...then I added 50 Hilton Head, chosen because of the lower dues, through The Time Share Store. (I recommend them...although I am bummed because my sale of 50 points at HH just fell through!)
