Hi
was reading the thread earlier aboutUniversal doing was with Express and now I am worried.
Last time we visited Universal we were allowed to use express plus disabled entrances to prevent us waiting in queues with my DD who (at the time) had frequent seizures and behaviour problems.
If Express is now gone what do Universal now offer to help guests the same way Disney do with Guest Assistance Passes?
Any help much appreciated.
