First Listen to Finding Nemo Musical

If you go and download the Podcast Walt Disney World Resort Plugged In, and click the Expedition Everest Audio Extravaganza, you can listen to a song of the Finding Nemo Musical where Tarzan Rocks used to be.

I'm pleasantly surprised, like most i couldnt understand how they could turn nemo into a musical but there really just making it like nearly every disney film to have come before it by making the characters burst into song rather than just talk, it works quite well.

I know this is going to sound silly, but I can't wait to see it! I LOVED FINDING NEMO!!!!!! And knowing Disney (we're like that :fingers: :lol: ) it will be spectacular!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (Hey they did a FANTASTIC job with the Little Mermaid show....you REALLY feel like your under the sea!!!! :wink:

I have to say I wasn't really all for the Nemo musical. I just watched this on You Tube (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i5QAn7qFo00)and I still don't know. :hehe: I think it would work if it was along the lines of Philarmagic, but I can't see it as a stage show :scratch:

The music seems better than it did when I originally listened to it... but yeah... not really sure.... Disney should focus their attention at getting Aladdin on Broadway :D

I am sooo loving this. I thought Tarzan was really poor (love ALL the other shows) and think this is so much more in the spirit of Disney. Cant wait :wiggle:

I have yet to see Tarzan, but I love the music for the most part, I think the big problem was that Phil needed a co-writer who actually knows musical theatre. but you can't get any better than "For the First Time"

It wasn't the songa that were the problem really, just the way the whole thing was put together. Rather than the usual disney charm, it was just a bunch of ok singers singing songs, something was lacking.

Tarzan rocks may have well havebeen called 3 american idol rejects, with a guest appearence of tarzan :rolleyes:
I don't think the women in the video someone posted sounds like nemo....:sigh:

There's nothing wrong with his voice!!!! or the fact that he's in a loin cloth.....
