I am getting married at the disney swan and dolphin resort next august 07 and I was wondering whether anyone here had married there and if anyone had any photos I'd be very grateful.

I got married there on 23rd November 05! You wont be disappointed, its beautiful there!
I have a thread on here which gives the link to the photos - think its called Kates wedding photos or something like that!

Are you booking it through Virgin or direct with the hotel?

Hello there! I also got married at the Swan in Sept 05! It was just beautiful there! I have pictures posted as well on this site and pictures of the Crescent Terr if that's the site you are getting married at. Just look around and ask questions. If you need any info or more pics perhaps we have some of those too! :)

thanks for all the help so far- its just re-assuring to hear from people who say its nice! you can only tell so much on line! We are not going through virgin as that would mean we have to travel through virgin and its pricey. we've been before and we always go travelcity so thats what we've done this time and booked the wedding with whitesands.

Did you pick a location yet at the Swan? Our minister was great (Jimmy Johnson) and I belive Kate was assigned the same wedding coordinator as I was, Alyssa Weipart from Just Marry. She helped me a lot. She helped me design my flowers and cake. Oh, and the cake from the Swan is Delicious!! We ate ours for days!! SOOO good!!
