hi

we are getting married at cypress grove in nov and was looking for some advise about buying the little/and not so little wedding bits and bobs (wedding bubbles, cake topper, unity candles and stand etc etc).

would it be better to buy them in the uk and take them with us or will there be a better cheaper selection if we wait till we get there? and if yes where is the best place to go shopping?

thanks

sue

Not sure about the cost or the selection in the UK, but there are any number of places to purchase those sorts of things here.

Party supply stores may very well have everything you need.

Are you working with anyone at Cypress Grove? Have them get the cake topper before you arrive! Just send pictures and have them pick out something close. That's what I did!

Michael's is a WONDERFUL place!! Also...a tip...in the Sunday Paper every week, you'll find the Michael's Advertisement...typically there is always a coupon for 40% off any one item...so if there is something a bit more expensive you want, it might be worth picking up a paper before you go...

Sounds like a good store, which end would the bottom end be Paula - Sea World?

The other end down past Wet'n'Wild Bec. Near Sweet Tomatoes if you know it? It's on a shopping strip that runs off I-Drive.

It's next to a big discount bookstore. If you were driving towards Belz, just past w'n'w there is a gas station, if you look to your left sat at the lights there, you will see it. It's behind sweet tomatoes I think

I gotcha. I think I'll pay this store a visit in August. I enjoy 'crafty' things. Thanks Paula.

Michaels is fantastic  thanks for the info about the 40% couplon MM - I spent a small fortune in there last year so that will definitely come in handy next time :)

Hi, there is also a new Michael store on Osceola Parkway (close to WDW) at the LOOP. Lot less traffic.

I don't know if there are any AC Moores in the Orlando area, but they are another craft store, with a wide variety and just a tad cheaper then Michaels for some things. At least around here they are.
