Where can I find info on financing if I'm not buying DVC points directly from Disney. Tammac Financial is one I was connected to through the resale site, but their interest rate is at least 12.99% - Disney's is currently 9.95%. That's a huge difference.

Not sure if this is any use to you if you are in the US but we are in the UK and arranged our own finance by getting a personal loan at a much better rate than anything else that was offered.
