Did you know there was a "Squished Penny Museum" in Washington D.C.? :D

LoL. Because apparently this information is available ONLY in the USAirways magazine...which I only had the chance to read whilst sitting in their lost luggage office :rolleyes: Needless to say...I didn't feel a bit guilty for absconding with their mag... :wink:

I have a few squished pennies, probably under 10. I even have a couple of squished pennies from childhood in which I put them on a RR track before the train arrived. :whistle: I wonder if they have any of those in their museum.:D

I have lots of them (from museums and zoos), but I couldn't tell you where they are at. I also have some from traveling across the US when I was younger. Dont know where those are at either.

However, I do know where my disney ones are. In fact, hopefully next Christmas (07) I will be able to finish my book.

That is so cool! My daughter has tons of them from all over - relatives pick them up for her when they travel. Thanks for the info!

Aww. I love squished pennies! Then again I also like Disney pins......But I think they are fun!
