boat to board walk

can anyone use the boat from either Epcot or Disney-MGM Studios to Disney's BoardWalk Inn and Villas Resort ??
WE would so like to have a look around the boadwalk...as we have never been there before (didn't know how to get there:blush: )

Yes, anybody can use it, you can also walk from Epcot's International Gateway to BW and the Yatch & Beach Club.

Thoroughly recommend using the boat to the Boardwalk - it's a lovely ride, especially early evening when it comes to life. The boat also drops off at the Swan and Dolphin Hotels, which are both worth a look at.

We stayed at the Dolphin last year and regularly took the boat to the Disney Studios and EPCOT. You can also walk from the parks to the Boardwalk area. On a nice warm day it's a lovely stroll and doesn't take too long.

I love the walk from Epcot to the BW and YC & BC. We also usually rent the surrey bikes to ride around the BW.
