Alamo deals

I usually get an e-mail from Alamo UK every month with deals for car hire, and they usually have Florida deals. However, it seems to be ages since we've had an e-mail from them, typical, as we want to get our car booked :lol: Has anyone else had any offer e-mails from them?

I've had the Alamo US deals e-mail, but I prefer to go with the UK site as they offer better insurances......

Yep, nothing there either.....I'm wondering if bookings are so good they don;t need to bother with offers

Have you tried Holiday Autos? they do Alamo too

We usually go with alamo through USrentacar then we can use the 'direct road' option on the website

Vikki, ebookers also do Alamo but I once had a bad experience with them.

Will go check those out......we want one we can pick up from the Dolphin really, which is why we go with Alamo.....

When we did direct road at xmas you skipped the desks in the main building and went straight across to the little hut in the carpark and handed your documents in and then straight to choosing your car and away :thumbs:

Should have done it again for the wedding trip but tried budget who were £75 cheaper but ended up in line for an hour :nono:

Hi,
We've always boooked with auto europe who use alamo, hertz, national, dollar, etc.
If you have a better price, call auto europe and they will beat the price.
It may only be by a few pennies/pounds.
They also offer great deals on the GOLD packages, which we always book. (free extra drivers and pre-paid fuel).
