American Airlines Magical Express

We are flying from London to Orlando on AA and have a connection before Orlando. How will we work the Magical Express? Do we pick up our luggage at our connection and recheck it? Sorry, I am a bit confused:confused:

Normally you must go through customs at your first port of entry into the US. This also normally means that your luggage will come into the customs area on a special carousel, you pick it up, go through customs and put it back on another carousel which will then deliver it to your connecting flight. If it is marked with the DME stuff then Disney will pick it up on the Orlando end.

If your flight does not work this way then I'm not sure how it will work once you get to Orlando.
