we have been to orlando several times now, and each time we buy a road
map which seems to look ok, however when it comes to using it we find
them useless, there are roads missing etc!!. can anyone recommend one that we could preferably buy in the uk?
thanks guys..

I've had one in my car for several years now and it's till pretty accurate, what places are you trying to drive to? Most main landmarks in Orlando are easily accessible. Let us know and we'll give you directions

I have heard very good things about this one:
orlandomaps (http://.orlandomaps.co.uk/)
I will be buying it next year.

I tend to be a fan of Thomas Bros. maps. They're updated annually (computer version more frequently) and bound in book form. Some people find them awkward; I find them more convenient than the traditional folding maps.
I use a basic laminated map of the Orlando area that I've had since 2003. It doesn't have the newer roads on it, but gets me around quite well. I plot locations based on that, with refined directions if the area isn't on the map.
