Hi All

I'm writing this on behalf of a friend who is visiting Orlando for the first time and is looking to do all of the usual Disney things. Her son has a nut allergy and she was wondering if anyone else has visited with this and can anyone name any resturants that will be able to provide nut free food.

Did a quick search for you and found this advice from previous threads on the same topic

When you make your Advanced Dining Reservations, have the CM note on your reservation that you have food allergies in the party, and what they are. They will give you a phone number to call in advance to go over the restrictions with them. They can also send out a Chef to talk with you specifically about your requirements and food preparation. They do go the extra length to make sure you are well cared for.

As for what is in what, only the Chefs know for each restaurant, and it's best to go direct.

I have a pineapple allergy and 'Ohana is one of my favorite places to eat. The chefs are wonderful about coming to the table and going over the menu to be sure I'm not eating anything I shouldn't.
