We are thinking of going with 1st choice for oir holiday and they fly into Sanford and don't offer free transfers.
We are not driving and we are thinking of going with one of the transport companies.
Has anyone got personal recommendations.
We obviously would like this to ensure we are safe I get paranoid about things like being kidnapped so wan't somebody tried and tested.

I use Tiffany Towncars and I'm here at Disney now so just used them again
They're about the cheapest, stick to their quotes, have been 100% reliable and don't have added or unexpected extras like enforced gratuities or anything like that.
Free grocery stop and so on. There's also a voucher for $5 off on their website.. no payment up front or anything, just book and pay when you get to the destination.
I find their drivers all really friendly too.
No hesitation recommending their service

Hello Bellybee,
We have been the official sponsor/advertiser here at wdisneyw for the last 3 years. If you make a quick search (keyword quicksilver) you'll find we have nothing but great reviews from members here.
Our rates are cheaper than taxi rates, we offer free 30 minutes grocery store stops, meet and greet, help with luggage and etc...
We are also 100% reliable..., been recommended in variouis Disney sites, Disney guide books and .... There will be no unexpected fees or any hidden fees. Our rates includes all tolls, fees, and airport surcharges. For International arrivals, out of town transfers, and limousine reservation a 20% gratuity will be added to your total (all very clear in our website), so, in those cases, everything is included.:wiggle:
For more info visit our website at www.quicksilver-tours.com

I used Quicksilver two weeks ago and they were brilliant even though the shoddy Virgin flight was delayed by five hours, we were greeted by our driver as we came to collect our luggage and when Virgin cancelled our flight home and gave us a new time they bent over backwards to help us, very impressed will use them again :D (Don't know about Virgin though:whistle: Even though Premium Econonmy was nice  )

After researching all the transportation companies and reading the recommendations here, I was ready to book Quicksilver. But, when I clicked on their website, I noticed that their prices have gone up and no coupon. Now, I'm back to square one.

Well I've just got back from using TiffanyTowncar and they were perfect and there's a coupon so ;-)
That's not saying anything against quicksilver of course but I can't fault Tiffany Towncar's service for my last two trips and the price is right

Us as well. They offer a very professional service and take all the hassle out of airport/hotel transfer. We did a three way transfer which entitled us to a free 1/2 hr grocery stop. We were unable to do it after our transfer to our first hotel on I Drive but did it just before transferring over to our on site hotel. Ricardo was our driver and a very nice guy he was too.

Yes, our rates went up a little about two weeks ago. This raise was long overdue and needed to be put in effect now. Our rates were lower than regular taxi rates which do not include all our extra services like Meet and Greet, 30 minutes free stop, phone call, luxury vehicles, and etc...
To keep our high standards and keep our drivers happy (whom needed an also long overdue raise), to have a fleet with newer vehicles (not older than 3-4 years of use), this raise was unavoidable. We realize competition in Orlando makes it easier to shop around and find lower rates than ours, but to have a succesfull company, to keep its reputation in its highest level, and to continue to grow without losing the expected quality, a $10.00 in average raise for our round trips was necessary.
As an incentive to all members here at wdisneyw I will offer (until Dec. 31st) a $5.00 discount. Just mention "Code wdisneyw" at the bottom of our reservation form (inside the additional information box) for your discount.
My best regards,
Gregory Nicolas.

We have just returned (well on Saturday). We used Tiffany Towncars, to and from Sanford, they were excellent, and made for totally stress free transfers.

Does anyone know whether the rates quoted on Tiffany Towncars website are for per person or per party?

per "car" basically so yeah per party! Theyve been 100% reliable for me, nice, friendly, no enforced tip and significantly cheaper (dont forget the coupon on the web page too).
