Detailed instructions please.

I need to explain to somebody EXACTLY what to do to get the extra 6 days on their one day SeaWorld ticket because I won't be with them on that day and they've never been before.:unsure:
Once through the turnstiles where do they go to get the extra days or is it before then?:unsure:

When I went they did not take our photos, just gave me new tickets. *Be sure* to tell then to take photo id with them when they go back, we were nearly refused entrance but in the end he accepted my non-photo driving licence.

We did it this year as well. You go to customer service desk when you have entered the park. Your one day ticket is swapped for a new one for the week. They did not take our photos but asked full names and UK address inc post code.

There are only two windows and when we were there only one was open and we were in a huge queue without the benefit of any shade in the blistering sun.

It should be quieter when you are going so :fingers: you have a better experience than I did
