Ok i know how this works. You check your case's in at the airport and by Disney magic the next time you see them is in your hotel room.
But my question is how does this work on your way home. Do you leave your cases in your room and they are collect and shipped home for you or do you have to take them to Bell services where they will look after them for you until it is time to catch the coach to the airport.
Can someone please put me straight on this matter.

I haven't used it sorry, but as an International visitor you may have to collect your own cases after immigration, clear customs then put them back on the 2nd conveyor belt for Disney to collect them and take to your resort.

I think Keith has done DME from the UK and can probably help you :D

You have to either take them to bell services or you can call ahead for them to come and get them. However, if you'd like bell services to come and get your suitcases you have to give them plenty of notice so that you don't end up cutting it too close to when the bus gets there.

I take my cases down myself just so I'm positive that they make the bus along with me :thumbs:
