urgent help re online check in

hi we have just checked in on line for our flight tomorrow and they have changed our seat requests and seperated us rang virgin and they said queue up at check in tomorrow - very helpful
any one know what we can do

Oh dear. I would get there as early as you can in the morning.

See if you can still get in 'manage your booking' and change them - not sure if it will work though, you should have been able to reselect your seats before you left the on line check in - I helped a colleague check in yesterday and it gave us chance to his change seat.

We have had a similar incident with on line check in, so I dont use it anymore.

You can get things sorted tomorrow when you queue up, and their system allows it to be changed and to be honest there shouldnt be an issue, so dont panic to much over it. (I know easier said than done)

Also try logging back into online checking and see if the change seats bit is highlighted, then you can change your seating manually.

try not to worry to much despite in being a bit of a shock im sure.... if you get to the airport early enough they will sit you togeather for sure.... and maybe if you are there really early you might be able to get a better seat as some of them are not available until the day

Ok guys thanks for your help :) you are right i am not going to worry, they WILL SIT US TOGETHER :tantrum: , we intend getting there 4 hrs in advance. So just off to check the tickets and passports for the hundreth time and then we are off at 7 in the morning
