car hire/picking up car

Hi we have booked a car through tscook signature. we booked to pick up car at airport and use the magical express not fully understanding what that meant lol.. anyway i asked them to change pick up point of car which they said we cant even though there are many alamo points!!!!!!! i dont understand that for start off to cut a long story short what do you suggest use magical express and pick up car next day? is there a shuttle to the airport ? how much is it or taxi? hope i havent confused anyone...

advice needed im really getting in a flap with it not booking online ever again...

You probably couldn't change because the price of picking a car up at an airport is usually less than a sub-station.

If you feel comfortable driving, I'd just get it when you land. You'd spend around $50 for a taxi back to the airport the next day which seems silly

Personally, I would just take the car from the airport so you don't have to wait for your luggage to arrive with DME. :)

Phone them back and ask them WHY they think you would need to pick up a car from the airport when the Magical Express will be picking you up from the airport and taking you to your hotel!! Another case of (some) Travel Agencies not knowing what on earth they are selling.:rolleyes:
Your baggage will be loaded onto the Magical Express so if you picked up a car you'd be parted from that. Pick up the car from the Disney Car Care Centre the following day. Explain to them how it works because they obviously haven't a clue.:shrug:

Hi thats exactley what i wanted to do and they said i couldnt even though it states in their brochure that alamo has diffenrt depots it just gets to maddening i have spoken twice to them on phone and been on hold 30 mins!!! bee p beep lol......
