If not where can i (or my daughter) see her??

She is usually in the lobby at the Princess Storybook meals in Norway at Epcot. You can see her with her fins at Ariel's Grotto at MK in Fantasyland.

Yes definitely in Norway. Last time we went she came round to each of the tables. Lots of the parents were explaining to their little ones that this was the Ariel who was now married to Prince Eric and consequently had legs!
