I hope that I have got the name of the service right. Is this the service whereby your luggage is transported to your WDW resort hotel?

If it is I hope that you can answer this question please.
I am staying at AKL, I have booked with a travel agent not Disney direct and I am arriving at Sanford.
Is the Magical Express service available to guests who have not booked through the Disney Travel Co and who will be arriving at Sanford?

Yes to the first, no to the second. Magical Express is only available at MCO

Sadly not available at Sanford yet, otherwise yep you'd be ok even though you havent booked direct

I don't know about the Sanford part, but do know you can book through a Travel Agent and still get it.
