Though based on a movie, I came from a book

I'm nestled in the limbs of a Disneyodendron eximus.
That's hard to pronounce, so don't make a fuss!
To make it much easier, repeat after me:
I was built in a large Banyan tree!

With odds and ends rescued from the Swallow
Visit my rooms, the stairs you will follow!
Peek into my rooms as up you climb
Don't be in a hurry; spend some time!

Do you know who I am?
Can you guess from my clues?
