VMK central to close at WDW

I don't see this anywhere on here, forgive me if I am reposting it. This made me sad. My kids love VMK central :( .

I can see where the one at Disneyland has shut down but don't see anything about WDW shutting down.

It says they will still do some quests, but it won't revolve round VMk central.

VMK Cenral at WDW is a place for fans of Virtual Magic Kingdom (VMK).

It's an interactive game that lets you walk through Disney, meet friends, play games, and gain virtual prizes and rooms. My kids and I have gone on it for about 2 years and when you go to WDW you can get quests that you can be awarded cards with codes for free virtual stuff.

It was just a neat place to go to play the game in the parks and to earn the stuff. I am sure we will all survive without it, but it made for a neat excursion in the parks.:blush:

Oh no...that was one thing my brother really wanted to do when we went, he's never seen it before..Oh shame, at least I got to visit and do the in-park quests.. :hehe:
