We have a brand new villa available to rent. The details are as follows:
The Villa
Brand new, built in July 2007. The villa is fully furnished to a high standard and is an excellent place for your Orlando vacation.
There are 4 generous bedrooms, as well as a sleeper sofa in the living room & den. For extra entertainment, there is a games room with pool table, air-hockey, darts and foosball.
This is an excellent opportunity to be one of the first to stay in this luxury villa. There is also a den which has a TV, stero that has an IPOD dock and plays DVDs, and there is also a sleeper sofa - effectively a 5th bedroom

The area
The gated community, Calabay Parc at Tower Lake, is 15-20 minutes from Disney. The community is located just of the I4 in Haines City, which makes it ideal for all of Orlando's attractions, as well as Central Florida as a whole.
The community has a fishing pier and a clubhouse (to be built). The builders are reknown for their attention to detail, architectural details and build quality.
Prices start from £400 per week (was £430).
