HELP - Who designed Cinderellas dress ?

A bizarre question I know but but my young daughter came home from School with this as part of her homework !

Has anybody got any ideas ?

Wasn't it the Fairy Godmother in the movie who gives her the dress and coach? - I doubt they school means the Disney designer of costumes

But it was the Fairy Godmother with her wand in the movie that transformed her dress into The Dress.

Many animators worked on the original Cinderella and most had something to do with the look of Cinderella.
