Hi Guys
I am looking at the Night Time show at Epcot is it worth doing the park in the Day and hanging about till the evening show??? Also does it cost to see the Evening Firework show????
Thanks

No cost for any of the regular night shows (Illunimations, Fantasmic and Wishes). Those that are in conjunction with a special event (MNNSHP, MVMCP and P&PP) there is the admission charge as they are "hard ticket" events.

Of the three night shows, Illuminations is my least favorite but it should be seen at least once!

You also don`t have to hang around after your day visit to the park. Just remember to get your hand stamped as you leave and you can re enter later at no extra cost.

No hand stamping is necessary anymore

You could always go out during the day, exiting through the International Gateway and take a walk round the Boardwalk, have a look at the 3 hotels round there, grab something to eat at Beaches & Cream and go back in a couple of hours before the fireworks start.:)

Same for me too, Illuminations is my least favourite of all the night shows but I would definitely see it at least once. There's more than enough to keep you occupied all day at Epcot.

When you get to the park, head to guest services and book a table for dinner somewhere in world showcase at around 6pm. It'll give you enough time to eat and be out around ws when illuminations starts.

My favourites were Mexico and Germany.

Also get fast passes for soarin EARLY as there was never less than a 70 minute wait when we were there earlier this year, even at 11.30 pm during extra magic hours!

If you don't book in advance your chances of getting anything other than Morocco, China or Mexico are slim. (I moved a couple around last week and those were my only choices for 2 adults between 8 and 9 PM)

Morocco is a nice place to have dinner!!!

Illuminations is definitely worth seeing! It's a bit dated for those who have seen it time and time again, but it's still a pretty majestic show for all that.

EPCOT is a huge park and has enough to keep you entertained all day and evening.

Oooo, that's a good idea! We never stay in one park all day, we always hop around. The good thing about the fireworks at Epcot, is there is no such thing as a bad place to watch them. Our favourite spots have been just in front of the big golf ball  and near Italy. I liked walking back through the countries when all the lights were dim, it was beautiful
