From Port Orleans to Disney Swan

I need to get from Port Orleans to the Swan for 8.10am to go on an excursion using Disney transportation. I planned to get an early bus to MGM then walk to the Swan, can anyone tell me how long it would take? All answers appreciated.

Then add about 30 to 45 minutes for the bus from the moment you leave your room, wait at the bus stop and get to the Studios. Not sure but there might be another stop along the way.

How many people will be in your group, it might be easier to just get a taxi, I doubt they will charge you more than $10, the meter might charge $6 to $8 and just give him/her $10. Thanks for that, it was a great help. I will probably end up taking a taxi, is there a company you would recomend as I found the one linked to Mears as a bit unreliable.

You really don't need to worry about that, just ask Guest Services to call you a taxi or at that time in the morning there are a few just lined up in front of the hotel under the porte cochere.
