What time to leave for KSC

We have tickets to watch the launch from KSC on Oct 23rd.
We have to be there by 9am. What time do you think we should be leaving kissimmee?
I'm thinking that the roads will be busy and I can't remember how long it took us to get there last year even without all the extra traffic.

Under normal traffic I want to say it is about 45 minutes to an hour. I would give myself at LEAST 2 hours, maybe more. I know that means a very early start but if this launch actually happens on time you won't want to miss it.
