Getting 5 people from Pop to Universal

There will be 5 of us on this vacation. We won't have a car. I think we may want to go to Universal one day. What's the best way to do this?

We got a taxi think it was about $30 - not a hundred percent sure but there were 5 of us & we got taxis to universal seaworld the malls & walmart , no great expense.

Well, you can get taxi's to most places in around the area, as Mrs T said.

Or you can get a bus link to the other parks as well, but you're need to get more information at the Ticket and Transport Centre (in MK) about how far out the buses go and if need to change (I've never done this myself, I've always had a car courtesy of my Dad, so I don't know too much about it)

goto disney ticket area get a lynx bus to sea world and then the i trolley to universal
should cost no more than $20 return for all details on the lynx and i trolley websites

Thanks for the info. I've always had a car with me before. I wasn't sure if we would all fit in a cab.

There are plenty of minivan cabs about that fit 7 or eight in. If there's a smaller cab already outside your hotel the driver will radio for a bigger one for you or the bell stand will call one :)

if you do decide to catch the lynx bus i wouldnt bother getting the i ride at sea world just ask the driver for a transfer when you pay(the first lynx bus) and then catch the next lynx bus straight to universal! if you ask for a transfer you only pay once one way! you can go to the lynx website for all the routes/times! ps it is rather slow if your in a rush!

:) We used the Mears shuttle to get us 4 to Seaworld and US/IOA, we were staying at POFQ and for the 4 of us it was $64 return, $16 a head for each trip. They picked us up at the front of the hotel and dropped us off at the front of our hotel, they where not late and very polite. You just need to book them at least 24hrs before you need them and ring them at least 2hrs before you need them to pick you up. You may go in a mini van but come home on a bus it all depends on how many they have to take and pick up.
