I was wondering if anyone has any airline suggestions for me? We will be leaving from Philadelphia in February. Someone told me to try Southwest and I looked at prices and found about $200. Is that roundtrip? Also I haven't flown since 1998 so I really don't know what the new rules are with flying. Can you have a carry on? How many bags can you check? And can I pack shampoo, razors, perfume and all that fun stuff in my bag that will be checked?

Most airlines now price per leg, so you need to choose both legs to get a price. I usually start with Orbitz or Travelocity to get an idea of prices and then go directly to the airlines website (no 3rd party site fees)
Southwest and Jetblue don't show up on 3rd party sites so I go directly to their sites.
How many bags (and how heavy) you can check, you'll need to check your airlines website, they're each different but most are around the 2-bag, 50 lbs requirement.
You can bring a carry-on (weekend trips I bring my small rolling suitcase that fits in the overhead) and a small personal item (purse, backpack, laptop case, camera case etc.). For what is allowed vs. not allowed, check out the TSA (http://www.tsa.dhs.gov/) site as requirements are always changing. At the moment, you can bring your razor in your carry on and each person can have one quart size ziptop bag with [b]all[/url] liquids/gels in packaging that is no larger than 3 OZ. There are exceptions for medication, formula etc that are spelled out on the TSA website.

Yes, it does appear as though you can flight NS from Philadelphia to Orlando Round Trip for just over $200. Southwest limits you to 3 bags in the hold, vice 2 for most other airlines. Plus you get get a carry on. The maximum weight for any bag is 50 pounds.

A couple other low fare airlines are USA3000 and Spirit Airlines.
