Why Sanford?

I am going to wdw next september!
But i am going to Sanford Airport, why not orlando airport?
or is it the same>?

Sanford Airport is a smaller airport about 45 mins from Orlando. The majority of UK tour operators use it because it is less crowed and has cheaper landing fees than MCO.

We actually find Sanford a better airport than MCO, it seems quicker to get through all visa checks, and on your way back home check out the lounge, really a relaxing way to start your journey back to the real world

I find it the same chris.We have always flown into sanford but we are flying with Virgin next year.So i am landing in to orlando airport.

But i do find sanford better.Visa times are wuick and you get your case quick :D

And i agree with chris on the lounge.Theres films for the kids, playstations, and fre internet access along with nice comfy seats.Plus if your a smoker theres a smoking lounge aswell :D

Hey Laura,

Me and my girlfriend are flying to Sanford next year. I found it quicker to get parked up :wink: , through immigration and baggage collection than it was at Orlando.

we always used to fly to sanford, then tried orlando, thinking it would be better..arghh, it was a nightmare, you have to fidle around collectiong then dropping odff your cases again, getting a monorail to another terminal, it was so busy too!, would have been quicker to go to sanford and cheaper!!!
in my opinion, sanford is the most chilled way
