travel to universal studios

I'm trying to find the best way to travel to and from all star movie resort and universal studios. I called universal and they said there are no shuttles between the two b/c disney will not allow it.
Any suggestions would be helpful-thanks.

You could either hire a car or call a cab. If you have lots in your party, hiring a car might work out to be cheaper.

:) We have just got back from our trip where we was staying at the POFQ. We had no car and used Disney's transport, but on the three days in which we went to Seaworld, Universal and IOA we used Mears. There was 4 in our party, 2 adults 2 children 11, 9. They picked you up at your hotel and dropped you off back at your hotel and the round trip for the 4 of us, for each trip was $64. You need to pre book at least 24 hours before you go and give them 2 hours notice before your return jouney, we found this to be fine and had no trouble at all they were on time on all accasions.
Your hotel should be able to get you the number as our's did.
