Wow I am going to be driving people mad on here with all of my message board questions lol but I do agree with most other people on here it is soooo difficult to get clear answers in the uk!!
I am booking my wedding package direct with disney as it works out much better (financialy and the package itself) I have read through everything that is and isnt included but I was wondering if anyone could give me an idea of what else you can upgrade to (within reason) and rough costings for this. It is so difficult to budget for something when I have NO idea what is available.
Am sure lots of you have had this problem as I work for a travel agencie and have booked many other peoples weddings and trying to get straight answers from tour operaters is almost impossible.
I understand that prices change but just a rough estimate would be so helpful
Thank you
oh we are getting married at the pavillion in feb 09 by the way lol

I hope someone else will be more helpful than me on this one but I felt exactly the same way and got no answers.
I mean the actual answer is you can upgrade anything you like from an extra bottle of fairy tale cuvee for a few dollars to your own private magical kingdom for the evening and a special custom fireworks display :) and that's why it's utterly impossible to really answer.
I guess just thinking about it the more usual upgrades would be princess coach to take you to/from the wedding pavilion, characters at your reception and so on. The events group will give you prices on that kind of thing with a quick email since they're "off the shelf" basically

I know from a friend who is planning his wedding with Disney right now, that nearly everything comes with an additional cost.
For example, their basic table cloth cover is black. If you want a different color, it costs more. The basic chairs are not very nice, so if you want them covered, that costs more. I believe he told me that the sorbet glass slipper (ice actually) is something like $20 per person. It is an incredible presentation and very lovely, but you get the idea.
I can't remember all the extras that he talked about, but he said he wasn't very happy with the basic packages, and found it necessary to add on quite a bit.
It is hard though, as each person has their very own personal preferences, eh?
I think deciding on a budget and sticking to it is probably the best way to go. It's not so much how much things cost, as it is how much you want to spend on the total cost of your wedding.

We got ivory table linens free, no mention of black
I think we paid about $15 each for the ice sorbet slipper, but well worth it for the wow factor
Have you tried the wishbook on disneyweddings.com? That will give you prices for each individual item  Anything that isn't listed, just ask your planner, and don't be scared to negotiate! Some things are non-negotiable, but things like floral are ;)
There are loads of extras-
Transport - limo, Cinderella's coach, horse and carriage...
Food - fancy desserts, mini "ice sculptures" filled with sorbet you can have for appetizer...
Floral and decorations - different bouquets, buttonholes, toss bouquet, table lines, chair covers...
The list is pretty much endless!
Is it custom (Wishes) or intimate (Escape) wedding you're having?
There are pics from our wedding here (http://www.wdisneyw.com/photos/showgallery.php?cat=767).

Couldn't agree more about the wow factor! It was absolutely glorious having the servers bring them in to music! :bounce: Such beautiful memories of a perfect day.
I wonder if the prices went up Joanne? He said that his Mom was not in favor of the slippers because of the total cost. I told him it was so worth it.
They were told black cloths or pay for a different color too. They are the ones who are having their reception in the rotunda of the American Pavilion. (After EPCOT closes of course).

Could well have gone up in price
Each venue probably has it's own colour of linens, resorts are ivory but I can see the AA rotunda having black
