I'm looking for the recipe for Disney World's EPCOT Rose and Crown restaurant's Bangers and Mash. Found many recipes but none are like the Rose and Crown's. I see the recipe section has some great recipes but not this one. Thanks.

You'll not be able to recreate it like they make it there, kscdlc. The bangers are specially made in Sarasota to order for the Executive Chef of Rose and Crown. The recipe is reportedly a secret. I had a long conversation about it... :sigh:

So, you can make the mash, of course, just add a bit of sauteed cabbage to your buttery mash. Or make a colcannon proper. :yes:

For sausage, well you are in upstate NY and there are many nice sausages available there. I don't know if you are in proximity to New York Mills? There is a polish shop there, Hapanowicz. It has something called Polish Wedding Sausage. It's not like the Rose and Crown, but it would make a good stand in. You'll have to simmer it for about an hour then brown it in some butter and there you have it!

I love the bangers and mash at the Rose and Crown too!
