Magical Express

unfortunately the travel agent we normally use to go on holiday has been sold to another travel agent, now we're back to square 1 with regards to the magical express which we had fixed with the previous travel agent lol, they say they ran up the dme and were told its only for weddings, group bookings etc im not sure if they rang up the wrong place or not but i told them to use the dme form we used last year i dont think they used it, what do you suggest?

either keep on at them because they've definitely phoned the wrong place or try and get the disney booking reference code from them and then you can either phone disney yourself or add it online!

Did the other TA check into this for you? I haven't done anything with DME as yet. But I know our agents were having a problem with the bookings for ME. You still have enough time to take care of this even though ME requests it be taken care of at 45 days or more, if it is their fault they will work with you. If all else fails you can always use a car service, then write to Disney Guest Relations explaining what happened and tell them you had to pay for a car service because of it. I have had friends including myself get some very satisfactory results from Disney Guest Relations.

its all sorted, we managed to do it ourself after the travel agents gave up :P

got a ups express envelope this morning and inside were vouchers and labels from disneys magical express. :D
