hi we are arriving on tue march 25th at 11.23 pm i have read that the magical service stops at 11pm how will this work for us? and what time will are luggage arrive at the hotel? also this trip was booked through a travel agent to stay at the poly do we look after contacting the hotel for the service info or does are travel agent look after it .B/c traveling with 3 small kids and it is late any tips about our luggage, ie, wait for it or have it delivered. also will this be a quiet time at the airport. thanks for any help
