Orchhid villa is a luxury villa set on the gated comunity of Sunset Ridge in Davenport.
Sunset Ridge is a gated comunity estate and can be found on the US27 just off the I-4 in Davenport. The estate can be found by comeing off the I-4 onto the US27 and heading towards Haines City, travel down the US27 about 1/2 mile and you will come to the Tourist Information Centre opposite the new Mall of Posner Park. Turn down the access road by the side of the Tourist Informtion Centre and enter Sunset Ridge.
The villa is located in a cul de sac in a corner of the estate backing onto conservation ground giving you peace and quiet.
The villa has 2 queen bedrooms ensuite one with pool access.

The pool area has an extended deck with a lare patio area to allow you to have meals by the pool or just lounge in the sun.

Sunset Ridge is very well placed if you intend on just doing the Disney parks some 15 mins awy or if you wish to go to Busch Gardens some 75 mis away or even visit the Gulf Bay beaches some 90 mins away. There is a new Tourist Information Centre at the entrance to Sunset Ridge, also near to the estate entrance there are a number of restraunts and take aways and also some shops and an English pub. There is a large Mall area opposite the estate with Target JCPennys and many more stores opening soon also there is a Walmart store(24hrs) and a Publix supermarket within 10 mins drive and for the golfers there are a number of good courses close by and shopping for the ladies are easy reached within a 15-20 mins drive.
