Anyone heard anything about this? I was on a Castmember forum and saw this little tidbit! If it happens, I'm running into the closest TDS I can find and applying....again! :lmao: :woohoo:

Sounds like good news to me! And it wouldn't surprise me if you suddenly showed up on their doorstep! LOL I wonder if it's true?

The Disney Stores were sold to The Children's Place several years ago.

It means that by buying it back, people who work in The Disney Store would be Disney employees rather than childrens place employees. That means better benefits and discounts with disney related stuff - you know, like disney world.

:cartwheel: Jim and I are going to Red Lobster tonight and the Disney Store is in the mall . I will definitely be talking to my friend Sherry and finding out if the store will be staying open . If so, I know where I'll be working . :hyper:

:overhere: I just happened, not knowingly, started a conversation with the hiring manager at the Disney Store . Jim mentioned we had just come back from the cruise and he ( Mike) is going in May . His son will be two . So, we were chatting everything Disney . Mike is pretty sure his store is not one that will be closing and just happens to need someone for incoming stock, design and signs . He gladly gave me an application and I asked, if I may take it along and send it in . He said, make it Attention : Mike . :woohoo:
A good reason to heal fast after this foot surgery .

I live in CT. The Disney Store in the Westfield Shoppingtown, Connecticut Post Mall just closed, not sure why, it always seemed to be busy. I know our family kept it busy
