Disney Honeymoon Registry

was just wondering id anyone has ever used the disney honeymoon registry?
We have lived together for 7 years now and dont really need another kettle, I thought it would be a great idea to have our firends and family get us things for our holiday and it was a lot better than asking for $s.
Was wondering if anyone knows how it works, if you can use it if you live in the uk?

We are using it now for our 2 year anniversary/vow renewal/real wedding.

Mainly because as you said my wife and I don't need any "STUFF" and we upgraded our Resort only vacation with DP to a land and sea package without DP, so we are asking our friends and family to help by buying dinning on our Disney registry. that way when we get to the parks, we can just used the registry card to pay for food.

How it works:

You must have a resort or cruise reservation to use the registry.

After that you go to honeymoonregistry.disney.go.com/

Then click CREATE and follow the steps.

I havent booked direct with disney (have booked a package with first choice) can I still use it

I am not sure. You can try to use that confirmation/Reservation number.

Ok I have found out my answer
If you phone disney with your name dates and hotel they can tell you your disney ref number :wink:

Does anyone know if your can use the money on this to pay for any of the wedding extras?
The way I read it, it works almost like a gift card with just money loaded on.
